[Samba] Sharing a printer across workgroups

I have a Redhat with a workgroup and a few clients in the same windows
workgroup. They are all sharing the printer on my Redhat using Samba.
I have another PC on the same LAN segment, but this pc is on another
domain.
I can not find the Redhat when I try to connect installing a networkbased
printer in this win98 machine.

Isn't it possible to use the printer on another workgroup?
