[Samba] HELP!!

Have you really done it right? Do you have encrypt passwords = yes in
global?
Try this,then:

# Global parameters
[global]
	security = SHARE
	guest account = ftp

[AllFiles]
	comment = All Files
	path = /
	read only = no
        guest ok = yes
