create mask problem

Hi,

part of my config:

[homes]
        comment = Home Directories
        read only = No
        create mask = 0600
        security mask = 0600
        directory mask = 0700
        directory security mask = 0700
        browseable = No

When users create new files, they have permissions 750. Why this?
Samba is version 2.2.2
