Connection to server failed..

Joel, group,
Here is the message after running smbclient \\server\tmp  -d3 . I 
used swat to remove the IP from the WINS server, but still get 
Connection to server failed

added interface ip=64.xx.xx.xxx bcast=64.xx.xx.xxx
nmask=255.255.255.248
Client started (version 2.2.1a).

name_resolve_bcast: Attempting broadcast lookup for name server<0x20> bind
succeeded on port 0 Connection to server failed
