Hi Kohei,

We are running with service pack 6a.

Is there a patch that we need to add?

Hi Colin,

Here are the links to the pertinent pages at the Microsoft website.

(NT) http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q232512
(95/98) http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q236926

According to Microsoft, NT with SP4 or later doesn't exhibit this
problem.
