Problems with download

I have been trying to download the 2.2.0 binaries for RedHat 6.2 for
about a week now without success. I have tried different sites, from
different platforms (Linux and  Windows) and different client apps
(Netscape, ncftp, gFTP, command line FTP, IE). Each time the download
hangs at 363,448 bytes. What gives?
