2.0.7: domain admin gets local admin

sorry for asking this. Its quite a time I worked with 2.0.7 and I
think this was a FAQ then, but I really cant find the answer ...

ok: On my NT-Clients I have local admins in the local admingroup. On
the samba-server I've domainadmins. Now I want this domainadmins get
local admins too.

how ?

I cant add them in usermanager of course, but I am sure there was something ....
I just cant remember ..
