UDP ipc filed in FreeBSD box with samba 2.0.7

Hi  there!

The problem with samba box like this :
when i try to connect to samba box from windowed ws -- (it`s also 
shown in Mickrosoft network) -- in smbd.log -- message like this : can`t assign
socket (log`s attached). May be it`s well known problem? PLS help me.
In windows box when I try to enter in samba shared -- message -- like this:
request filed...
