Swat Setup Information

RedHat stuffed up their swat installation, the /etc/xinetd.d/swat file
needs both enabling (this is normal, and should be ovbious) and the only
from line needs changing to an ip address (127.0.0.1) instead of
localhost - I think, as I havn't used the buggy packages in a while.
(Redhat noticed the problem, its noted on their web-site and their newer
packages don't have this issue).
The port is 901, for reference.
