Status of samba projects

Samba 2.0.x is no longer being developered.  Samba 2.2 
was frozen from the HEAD branch several months ago.  The 
HEAD branch will become Samba 3.0.

http://www.samba-tng.org is a separate project now, with 
a separate set of developers and goals.
