browsing question?

Dear all,

I am using IPSec tunnel to connect 2 subnet. Subnet 1
has 2 machines, my windows client and samba server as
wins & domain master browser. Subnet 2 only has 1
machine at this time running samba. After this tunnel
is up, I see all 3 machines appears in network
neighbor. After I shutdown this tunnel, 3th machine in
subnet 2 remains in network neighbor list. Is this
normal? I thought 3th machine will disappear after
subnet 1 & 2 are disconnected.

BTW:
I know domain master browser will sync browser list
with local master browser and have complete list
finallly. But where the windows client get computer
list in network neighborhood? wins? local master
browser? domain master browser? I can't find this
answer from samba document.
