problem installing printerdrivers using imprints

Hello,
I have problem installing printer drivers using imprints. I use a
Solaris machine as samba server.
tank> uname -a
SunOS tank 5.6 Generic_105181-11 sun4u sparc SUNW,Ultra-1
Samba 2.2.0 runs fine. But when I try to install a printer using
install_printer_drivers.pl --debug --verbose --cache-dir=/tmp 'HP Color LaserJet 8500'
I get some error message during install, look for "result was NT_STATUS_NOT_IMPLEMENTED" in
debug output below.
Has anyone seen this problem before (and solved it :-)).
