Multiple Print copies.....

All systems running flawlessly until about a week ago. The printer would
intermittently print multiple copies of a print job. Client is using Framemaker 6, but I
think it happens on other apps as well.
Our Samba server ver 2.0.7 runs on Solaris 7, with Win2000 and NT clients
printing on an HP 5si MX PS. 
Also checking on the logs, this is what I got, just right at the time when
its printing.

There's an oplock_break on the file being printed. Oplocks enabled by default.
