Need add_user and del_user script

It used to be there, but it's been 6 or 8 months since I used it.  In swat,
global, advanced view, scroll down to the add user script option and press
the help button.  It talks about it in there.

I don't see any scripts like that included in the
samba 2.0.7 release.  Where are you reading that the
scripts are included?
