Error Message

Hi all,
 
I have a unix box running solaris 2.6 and SAMBA 2.0.4.  I am getting the
following error messages in the /var/adm/messages log:
 
/opt/samba/bin/nmbd: HANGUP
last message repeated XX times
netbios-ns/udp server failing (looping), service terminated
 
Can anyone tell me what this means and how to correct it?
