"Die Datei existiert bereits" is german for "File already exists" and 
in this case means "I wanted to create/initialise some shared memory 
and my key was already in use". Maybe you killed one smbd with -9, it 
dumped or you found another unclean way to terminate smbd.

Either use ipcs and ipcrm to clean up or take the windoze way: reboot.
