File permissions (again...)

Ok, I know this has been posted a few times
but my set-up is simple except I can't
quite get how the permissions really work from
smb to unix.

What I have a is "global share" on unix
with drwxrwxr-x on this dir. User nobody owns
it and it's a member of users. All my users
are members of users also and I want this:

A users default creation mask when writing
to this global share to be -rw-rw-r-- and
-rw-r--r-- in their home directory.

How is this accomplished setting the appropriete
masks in smb.conf?
