Unable to add new samba server to brows list

I have a small three computer network.  
one 98/linux dual boot
one Samba 2.0.6 Server acting as a PDC
and another Samba server which is new.
For some reason I cannot get the new samba 
system to show up in the browse list of my
98 machine.  I can search for the system, and
access it however it will not show up on the browse
list.  Currently my PDC is set up as the WINS server
and the second server is set to authenticate from the PDC. does 
anyone have any ideas ?
