Hi Samba-Bugs!

I set 'force directory mode 1777' and upon directory creation the
t/sticky/save text bit is not set. Is it not possible to set the
UID, GID, sticky permissions here? Is this a bug or a feature?

We are 8 people in our flat and I want that everyone can upload
files but not delete them. If they could rename (relocate) the
files this would be perfect and with the sticky bit it seems to
work this way. As a workaround I might have a cron job set the
sticky bits every night.

Thank you, Bernhard

BTW, http://de.samba.org/samba/bugreports.html still suggests:

"Sending a comment, request, or bug report to the Samba Team is
done by sending an email to samba-bugs at samba.org",

which is out of order.
