You could create an lmhosts file and put it on each of the Windows
boxes.  Syntax is similar to the "hosts" file:

192.168.101.65		windows1
192.168.101.66		windows2
192.168.101.67		windows3
192.168.101.68		windows4

It does in c:\windows on Win9x machines, and in
c:\winnt\system32\drivers\etc on NT/2000 machines.

The only thing is, it's a pain in the butt to keep them all current.
