hey samba on networks

HI,
	i have a little problem with samba 2.0.6, i have more than one ip
range and have different states on the network going through routers, i am
wanting to make it so all users can map a drive from windows however only
the users on one ip range can do so.. where and how do i change it so i can
give the other users the access.. also is the are commands book or website i
could look at that might tell me more about how to use samba..?
