Red Hat configuration troubles

Greetings

I'm running Red Hat 6.2. Both smbd and nmbd are up
and running. I can see my Linux box from PCs in my
LAN. Problem is, I can't access them.

I tried the troubleshooting guide found at
http://us2.samba.org/samba/docs/DIAGNOSIS.html,
and got as far as the second step. When I do
"smbclient -L myserver," I get the following error
message:

session request to ODYSSEUS failed (Not listening for calling name)
session request to *SMBSERVER failed (Not listening for calling name)

Can anyone explain to me what's wrong?

Miss Watson would say, "Don't put your feet up there,
Huckleberry"; and "Don't scrunch up like that,
Huckleberry -- set up straight"; and pretty soon she
would say, "Don't gap and stretch like that,
Huckleberry -- why don't you try to behave?" The she
told me all about the bad place, and I said I wished I
was there. She got mad then, but I didn't mean no
harm. All I wanted was to go somewheres; all I
wanted was a change, I warn't particular.
