Samba 2.0.3 and MS - Access 97

Hi everybody out there....

My SAMBA Performance in between is very good.
Copying Files , Printing from several Clients - all things are wonderful...

But...

With MS - Access i`ve got my Problems
My Database lies on a SAMBA Share ( 200 MB) but the Speed is not acceptable.
My HUB has an Utilization of 3 % on a 100MBit Network.

Some Querys have a duration of 5 Minutes _ ( from NT to NT 20 secs)

Whats wrong ???
