Respond95 for Fax sending under win95/98

Hello,

thanks to all, who wrote me, where i can get respond in an actual version.

Now respond is working, but my fax-modem suddenly uses pulse-dial insteed of
tone-dial... Well this is an configuration-problem with mgetty+sendfax and
no theme for this list.
