How to allow write access

My smb.conf file is

[global]

    workgroup = VIP
    hosts allow = 216.46.5. 127.
    guest account = smbuser
    log file = /var/log/samba/log.%m
    max log size = 50
    security = share
#   username map = /etc/smbusers
    socket options = TCP_NODELAY
    wins server =  216.46.5.68
    wins proxy = yes
    dns proxy = no
    server string = Serveur Samba sur Percival
    max log size = 50

    comment = Sies Web sur Merlin
    path = /www
    public = yes
    read only = no
[données]
    comment = Données a prendre en copie
    path = /export/home
    public = yes
    read only = no

>From the NT Server 4.0 I can browse and read what is in those 2 services.
I cannot write into it though.

How can I enable thoses services to be writeable?
