Autocad R14 and file locking

I have a problem width samba and Autocad R14. Sometimes when a user
opens a drawing which has previously been used by another, it can only
be open in read-only mode. If the user exit from autocad and start it
again, the file can be opened in read-write mode without problems.

A search through the Samba mailing list showed that others have had
the same problem (Samba BugID PR#756), but I did not find any solutions.

Any help will be appreciated.
