Help with config

Hello
I have samba 1.9.18 running under RH 5.1. I use it as a domain master in
our LAN in our office. It has Win 98/95 pcs as clients. There are no NT
servers.  
I would like to know how i can limit a user from opening multiple
connections on the samba server at the same time or a user cannot login on
the samba server from two different machines at the same time. 
I have read the docs/man that come with samba but i havent found a answer
regarding my question.
Please help.
