3rd Post on SAMBA. Please help

Using NT PDC as password server is still not working. Also the binaries that
I downloaded from the link on SAMBA web pages do not work on my system.
After I unpacked the tar file and moved the binaries to /usr/local/samba/bin
and tried to run the program, it gives me "cannot execute, permission
denied" error, even though I ran them as root.
Here's the extract from my smb.conf

	workgroup = mydomain

	share modes = yes

	password server = mypdc

	log level = 3
	log file = /usr3/sambalogs/log.%m
	password level = 9

[myshare]
	path = /usr2/myshare
	 browseable = yes
	public = no
	read only = no
	locking = yes
	mangled names = yes
	create mode 777
