How to set Netscape enviroment on Samba home drive ?

Are you talking about Netscape 4.0? At least some of the (user) 
information about Netscape is integrated in the registry database
under the HKLM tree, which is machine (and not user) specific. The
other information (preferences) can be installed on a H: drive.
