Samba and NT

I'm running Samba 1.9.17p4 on AIX 4.1.5. On an NT 4 sp3 network with
DNS/WINS and dhcp.

Clients are NT WS4 sp3 and 95.

The 95 clients are fine. But even after the registry fix the NT WS
clients can only connect sporadically more often than not the path to
the share on samba cannot be found.
Is there any other fix I can apply?
The Samba server is also announcing itself as a browse master is there
someway to turn this off?
