[tweaking samba]

I had a the alpha3 version of 1.9.16 of samba.  I dont remember the exact
compile time options I used but it was fast for users doing domain logins.
With the default compile options there is about a 15 second delay after
the login script runs.   Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this delay
or any faster method to use for domain logins?
