postscript printing (a followup)

Hi:

My original question was: "Can I print postscript from Linux on a
nonpostscript printer connected to a Win95 box?" 

Kees kindly pointed me to Magic Filter. Can just a filter do the
trick? I am just a newby on samba and I could only go as far as
printing text... ;-(
