Receiving individual messages

Thank-you to everybody who replied to my question about receiving individual
messages instead of the digest. To summarise the way of doing it, you send
the message
    set samba mail ack
to listproc at samba.anu.edu.au if you want to receive your own messages as
well, or
    set samba mail noack
if you don't.

Several people pointed out that this is indicated in the help system.
Unfortunately the help system is only a help if you already understand how
to do it. It doesn't make clear that the ack/noack messages are for
receiving individual messages.
