Try using the "interfaces = " parameter in smb.conf:
interfaces = 172.17.0.10/255.255.0.0 130.150.1.5/255.255.0.0
or
interfaces = 130.150.1.5/255.255.0.0 172.17.0.10/255.255.0.0
This should change Samba's concept of what the primary interface is.
