1.9.17 and PWV51 clients

I tried to use the domain logon capabilities of 1.9.17to login
from a Pathworks V5.1 PC.
The net logon /dom:fwkt broadcast finds the domain server,
but the response  confuses PWV51.
After two packets from the samba domain server  the PC  is hanging.
See the tcpdump below.
I'm afraid, a solution of this problem is far away.
