To release Samba 4.0 'as is'

Thanks Michael, this nails it for me. The fileserver
and winbindd integration must be finished, and one
named tool (one smbclient for example) for each
function, then we have something we can ship.

I'd also like to hear from the Team members at Red Hat, SuSE
and Canonical on what they'd like to see finished before we can ship
a 4.0.

Andreas has already posted for Red Hat, I'd like to
hear from SuSE and Canonical too.
