Samba 4 trouble with setting pw policy

I've search the previous entries regarding troubles setting the password policy, and I have found the following command: 


/usr/local/samba/bin/net pwsettings <setting> 


However, I get this response: -bash: /usr/local/samba/bin/net: No such file or directory 



Running on Ubuntu server 10.04 
Version - samba version 4.0.0alpha15-GIT-fad0112 


Anything pointing me in the right direction is much appreciated.
