ldb: move magic name to headers

Simo,

What do you think of the attached patch ?
The goal is to move control's name in a public header so that we can use 
them somewhere else without duplicating the name of the controls.
It has also the advantage of making the length for strncmp derived from 
the string it self making it less error prone.
