s3/s4 combined setup

Hi!

Those who follow samba-cvs might have noticed that I've
started to look at the s3/s4 combined setup again. Metze has
helped me with that. It needs quite some work, but I've
successfully joined s3 against a combined setup where s4
does the AD/Kerberos/RPC part and s3 smbd does the smb part.
It's pretty simple to set up and try, basically you just
have to compile s3 and s4 with the same prefix, provision s4
and set some special config options:

There are known limitations. For example the s3 smbpasswd
command needs fixing, and the id mapping winbind uses must
be done properly.
