Import of heimdal

  Hi Andrew and Metze,

I made last month an import of heimdal, but then I failed to push it to 
my repo because I was diverted.

I finally take sometime now to push it.

This import needs the following patches in order to build correctly:

0001-heimdal-readd-the-support-for-s4u2self-that-was-remo.patch
This is due to some file not generated by the waf build. Maybe we should ?
Also for some reason I don't have the same pb with 
source4/heimdal/lib/com_err/parse.c and ./heimdal/lib/hx509/sel-gram.c

0002-heimdal-Add-asn1parse-that-is-not-generated.patch
0003-heimdal-add-new-heimdal-file-that-need-to-be-build.patch
0004-heimdal-allow-to-build-correctly-with-new-hcrypto-fi.patch
0005-heimdal-change-the-version-string.patch

And of course:

0001-s4-heimdal-import-lorikeet-heimdal-201008151314-comm.patch
0002-heimdal-Add-files-not-imported-by-heimdal-import.patch


This is available in the branch import-lorikeet-heimdal-201008151314.

With this I should be able to get back on my job on ms-bkrp 
implementation, then I can try an heimdal 1.4 import if anybody is 
interested.
