[S4] Test DNS Automatic Updates

All,

I've got samba 4 a13 running on a Centos 5.5 machine.  Initially I was 
running the bind that came with Centos and therefore had to comment out 
the update portions in the samba named.conf file.  Since then I've 
compiled bind-9.7.2-3 and installed.  I uncommented the update code in 
the samba named.conf, but it doesn't seem that it's working (I see 
update failed when joining a new client to the domain).

How can I test to see that the automatic updates are working correctly?
