libnet_BecomeDC() failed - NT code 0xc00020ee

I am having the same problem also.  S4 DC1 is working great.  Followed the
howto for joining as a DC and S4 DC2 get the same set of error messages. 
Samba4aplha12 and both DCs are running on Centos 5.4.  Is there a manual way
to replicate a S4 DC?
