Openldap-backend for samba4 big problems

According to http://www.openldap.org/its/index.cgi/Software Bugs?id=6056
this has been fixed (but I'm not sure when).  As such, I think the best
option is to run OpenLDAP from CVS (or 2.4.17 when released).  This
should resolve both issues.
