Patches for 3.0.(28|29|30) on AIX 5.3

The attached patches fix:

1) compile failures of dynconfig.c when using the vfs_aixacl2 module and

2) exporting symbols that begin with "_". AIX defaults to expall which does *not* export symbols with "_" such as _talloc*. As a result items like ad.so and rid.so fail to load at runtime due to unknown symbols.

I have been testing these through a couple of releases. These are the least invasive versions.
