Just an FYI. The changes to add setup count to NTTrans
are intrusive enough that this should be a 3.3 change
only, too late for 3.2.

There's also more to adding a new VFS entry than
just adding the fn entry point (recall_offline).
There's the profile datastruct to take care of.

I'll examine these patches for 3.3 (with Alexander's
help). Thanks a *lot* for the new code !
