[SAMBA4] gcc-4.4 -03 breaks 'Samba3 style login' RPC-SECRETS test

Simo,

I found the problem that was breaking RPC-SECRETS.  I was compiling your
v4-0-async-ldb tree (but not the main v4-0-test tree for comparison)
with gcc -O3.  Something about -O3 causes the 'fake gssapi' GENSEC code
to misfire.

So, I'll stop chasing this red-herring and start looking into the LDAP
backend issues for you.
