3.0.28a+windows 2008 server

Dear Samba Team,

When i try to join 2008 server with security=DOMAIN im getting the following
errror.

Error in domain join verification (credential setup failed): NT code
0xc0000388
Unable to join domain 2008SERVER.

Can some one help me out in solving this issue?
