How to configure WINS replication?

Metze,

I was wondering if the WINS replication code is in a state where brave
soles could use it?  ie, I would love to include it in the tech preview,
as it is something we have never been able to do before.

Is it just a matter of adding an entry into the wins database for
configuration?  Can we add a simple SWAT configuration page?

This is an impressive piece of work, I want to show it off to the world!
