Folks,
(copied to the svk-dev list for possible help).
Bonus points for anyone that can tell me why
a patch created by a non-committer account against
a mirror of the anonymous svn tree cannot be viewed
in svk.
I have a single unnamed depot which mirrors
the svn+ssh://svn.samba.org/.../samba tree. The
non-committer account I used to generate the patch
mirrored the svn://svnanon.samba.org/samba/branches/SAMBA_3_0
tree.
$ svk patch --list
openbsd_timespec at 1:
maintainers at 1:
$ svk patch --cat openbsd_timespec
Target not local nor mirrored, unable to view patch.
If (as I suspect) this has to do with differences
in the paths for the svn mirrors in the depot, then
until the patch functionality actually works
between svk depots like one would expect, I don't see
how svk is of any use to us other than a convenient
disconnected svn.
cheers, jerry
