[SAMBA4] Your getdc work

Volker,

I'm wondering if you had considered moving your iRPC getDC client out of
winbind and into the general codebase?  Just as winbindd needs getDC, I
would like 'net' to also use it, for joining and vampiring domains.

Should I just move it, or can you?  I don't know what further patches
you have offline.
